In association with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Qaderoon was founded by Amr Khashoggi and six local businesses: Intermarine Saudi Arabia (Olayan Group), Almarai, Savola Group, Mohammad Tamer Investment & Trading, Zahid Tractor & Heavy Machinery and Zamil Industrial whose mission is to support and empower employers of all types in the inclusion of persons with disabilities as equal and effective members of the Saudi workforce. Centred mostly around the Mowaamah programme developed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), Qaderoon provides guidance, advice, training, and best practices for employers to recruit, retain, and include persons with disabilities through inclusive work environments and favorable company policies and procedures.
